Dear journalists and friends, on October 30 is the deadline for submitting innovative projects to the contest organized by Your Ideas Valen and is aimed at young people aged between 13 and 29. Also on this day is the deadline for submitting blogs for the competition which is aimed at school children across the country either public or private education and also to students of any institution of secondary education.

Background
NGO ideas Uruguay is working towards creating a national cultural movement and supported the idea that Uruguay should bet more and more innovation and in that sense, young people must play a role first line. "Your ideas are" not just a contest organized by the NGO, but which is a network that supports innovative youth also carried forward by young people with ideas to improve and change reality.
The competition has awarded and supported more than fifty projects, many of them are now a reality. In addition, young participants are invited to join the organization, which in turn can lead to other entrepreneurs.
The 2010 edition's edition this year, and to reward innovative projects for young people between 13 and 29 years will be awarded for the second time, special awards to the best blogs school and high school students. The
call is national in scope and is directed to a universe that reaches 800,000 young people and children. Of the total projects were awarded, half from inside the country.

At the launching ceremony were announced important changes such as the presentation of the new website of Uruguay of the ideas and the new team of coordinators of Your ideas are selected from young winners of the awards from TIV since 2005.
